Based On the observation result by writer . In real moment, it never do the analyses of the grab consumer satisfaction of UKM IT Members STMIK BI,. So that to be known how big the influence of entering Grab in Indonesia of consumer satisfaction level. Therefore it necessary to do the analyses from in term of specific side from consumer in to focus with the consumers satisfaction indicators. The objective from this research is to know and analyses of the consumer grab satisfaction level in Balikpapan got the average point to every domain is the performance domain obtains point is 4.31 with very satisfaction category , Information and Data obtains point is 4.27 with very satisfaction category, Economics obtain point is 4,07 with satisfaction, Security and Control obtain point is 4,21 with very satisfaction category, efficiency obtains point is 4,19 with satisfaction category. services obtains point is 4.27 with very satisfaction category.
