Analisis PIECES Framework Terhadap Kepuasan Mitra Go-Food Dalam Penggunaan Aplikasi Go-Biz Kota Balikpapan

Abstract

Go-Biz is a special application for Go-Food partners, formerly known as Go-Resto. Go-Food itself is the biggest source of income for Gojek Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of satisfaction of Go-Food partners in using the Go-Biz application in the city of Balikpapan. The method used in this research is the quantitative research approach and the PIECES Framework as the framework used in this study. With the PIECES method analysis, the satisfaction level of Go-Food partners in the city of Balikpapan is obtained an average value for each domain. namely the Performance domain got a score of 4.26 in the Very Satisfied category, Information got a score of 4.34 in the Very Satisfied category, Economics got a score of 3.80 in the Satisfied category, Control got a score of 4.42 in the Very Satisfied category, Efficiency got a score of 4, 33 with the Very Satisfied category, Services scored 4.26 in the Very Satisfied category. Based on the results that have been obtained from each domain, the calculation of the satisfaction level of Go-Food partners in the city of Balikpapan is at an average value of 4.23 from the overall satisfaction score of Go-Food partners, which means that the satisfaction level of Go-Food partners is included in the category. Very Satisfied, then the results of calculations and analyzes that have been done show that the Go-Biz application is very good, and it is recommended that if other researchers later carry out similar research, it can be focused on developing the Go-Biz application information system, covering many transactions which are now only limited to food transactions, or can conduct research on similar service applications in other cities.
