Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of satisfaction of Balikpapan State Polytechnic students with the use of the Online Academic Information System (SIAO). Respondents consisted of 30 active students of Balikpapan State Polytechnic class of 2017 and 2018 who came from the Heavy Equipment Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Catering, Chamber and Banking Division. To measure the quality of SIAO, the WEBQUAL model is used which consists of three statement indicators, namely Usability, Information Quality, and Interaction Quality. The analytical method used is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis method includes a criterion value that measures the level of customer satisfaction (students) based on a Likert scale of interest level and a Likert scale for the level of performance. The results of the study showed that the 2017 and 2018 Poltekba students were very satisfied with the Online Academic Information System Service (SIAO). This can be seen from testing using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method with a value of 76.49% in the satisfied category.
