Analisis Kepuasan Karyawan Travel Agent Di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara Dalam Pemanfaatan Situs Web Lion Air Menggunakan PIECES Framework
Abstract
Penggunaan sistem informasi memerlukan pengaturan dan pengelolaan yang bersifat khusus, sehingga sistem ini biasa disebut sebagai sistem informasi manajemen. Didalamnya terdapat berbagai kegiatan mulai dari perencanaan sistem, perawatan, sampai pengukuran kinerjanya.Dalam menjalankan sistem informasi diperlukan perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras serta manusia sebagai operatornya. Komponen diatas harus saling berhubungan agar kegiatan travel agent dapat berjalan baik dan lancar. Untuk menentukan apakah komponen dari sistem informasi berjalan dengan baik maka memerlukan proses evaluasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan kegiatan evaluasi terhadap sebuah sistem informasi pada web maskapai di travel agent yang dimana web maskapai lion air ini yang dijadikan penelitian untuk menilai apakah sistem informasi web lion air yang digunakan sudah memenuhi kebutuhan penggunanya yaitu kepuasan karyawan dalam memanfaatkan web lion air yang digunakan pada travel tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis PIECES Framework, yang terdiri dari beberapa point analisa, yaitu : Performance, Informations and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Di mana setiap poin analisa merupakan referensi evaluasi dan analisa sisteminformasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi pada web lion air yang sedang digunakan sudah memiliki beberapa kelebihan dan kekuatan yang dapat mendukung kegiatan operasional perusahaan. namun terdapat juga beberapa kelemahan dan kekurangan sehingga sistem informasi web lion air masih perlu ditingkatkan.
