Perancangan Arsitektur Sistem Informasi Barang dan Jasa pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara Menggunakan Zachman Framework
Abstract
Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) merupakan sebuah metode untuk mengembangkan arsitektur sistem informasi. Arsitektur sistem informasi dapat diartikan sebagai model atau rancangan struktur dari komponen-komponen yang terlibat di dalam organisasi yang mendukung tujuan bisnis dari organisasi. EAP memberikan panduan tahap-tahap yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan arsitektur sistem informasi. EAP membagi arsitektur sistem informasi ke dalam aspek-aspek data, proses atau aplikasi dan teknologi. Dalam pelaksanaannya EAP memerlukan artefak. Masalah ini dapat diatasi dengan dukungan kerangka kerja Zachman. Kerangka kerja Zachman mendefinisikan artefak-artefak yang dapat digunakan untuk mendokumentasikan arsitektur sistem informasi. Artefak merupakan sekumpulan deskripsi arsitektural yang terdokumentasi. Untuk mendukung usulan tahapan pengembangan arsitektur sistem informasi yang diajukan, dilakukan studi kasus pada Sekretariat DPRD Penajam Paser Utara. Sekretariat DPRD merupakan sebuah Instansi Pemerintahan yang berada di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Hasil studi kasus berupa dokumen arsitektur sistem informasi, dapat digunakan sebagai landasan bagi pengembangan dan implementasi sistem informasi di Sekretariat DPRD Penajam Paser Utara.
